Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health – Pexion

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health commissioned ANIMA RES with the task of visually portraying the mode of action of Pexion, which is used for the targeted treatment of epilepsy in dogs. Unlike conventionally employed sedatives, Imepitoin, the active ingredient contained in Pexion, acts on specific receptors in the brain for the GABA neurotransmitter. The activation of GABA assists in the reduction of electrical activity in the brain, enabling a reduction in the frequency of seizures.

Testimonial:
“I was part of a team who had the opportunity to work with ANIMA RES. Our project for the mode of action video for our product was a great experience thanks to the teamwork of ANIMA RES. With the challenge in communicating complicated neurological concepts, the combination of technical savvy (scientific and animation technology) and creativity of the ANIMA RES team made working together a pleasure. The team was available to us when needed, accommodating to our sometimes fast-changing requests, and provided suggestions to make our video better on each revision. This was achieved not only with professionalism but also with a friendly understanding. The creative exchange from initial concept to voice narration produced a video that we are proud to show to our customers. I look forward to working with ANIMA RES again on another piece!”
