Pfizer Ltd – COX-2-Inhibitor

ANIMA RES produced a 16-minute mode of action 3D computer animation film in HD resolution for PFIZER. The various chapters of the film deal with the development and diagnosis of gastric ulcers in the context of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as the use of so-called NSAIDs, NSAIDs+PPI and COX-2 inhibitors.

The selective cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) inhibitor mainly inhibits the COX-2 which is responsible for pain and swelling, while the COX-1 which regulates stomach protection is only slightly inhibited.

Testimonial:
“Pfizer is a research driven Global Health Care company. For one of our brands we were specifically faced with the challenge of communicating a drug pathway, potential side effects and outcomes thereof in a visually stimulating way. The animation had to meet the needs of both a variety of customers as well as be relevant on a regional and a local level. We worked with ANIMA RES to create this animation. It has been a pleasure to work with ANIMA RES throughout this project and I was very grateful for the innovative input as well as large degree of flexibility demonstrated by ANIMA RES. The animation has now been translated into all major languages across our region and is being used either fully or in part (different chapters were created) extensively both on a local and on a regional level. I would be glad to work with ANIMA RES again and would recommend this company.”
